Patient Participation Group (PPG)
🤝 Get Involved – Have Your Say!
We are setting up a new Patient Participation Group (PPG) to give patients a stronger voice in shaping how our surgery works.
Whether you want to attend occasional meetings, share ideas by email, or simply stay updated—we want to hear from you!
📌 What Is a Patient Participation Group?
A PPG is a group of patients who work with the surgery team to:
- Share patient perspectives and ideas for improvements
- Help shape new services and changes
- Strengthen communication between patients and the practice
🧠Our Aims
We want our PPG to:
- Be a voice for all patients—young and old, frequent users or not
- Work collaboratively with practice staff
- Reflect our diverse patient population
- Help us make positive changes to the way we deliver care
đź“… Meetings & Involvement
We aim to meet quarterly, with an option to attend in person or virtually.
If you can’t attend meetings, you can still get involved by:
- Responding to short surveys
- Reviewing ideas and giving feedback by email
- Helping us share messages in the community
