How it works

Step 1

Tell us what you need

Click Submit a new request, choose admin or medical, and answer a few questions so we can assess urgency. Or read online advice from the NHS about various conditions, symptoms and treatments.

Step 2

We triage your request

Our clinicians review requests in opening hours. Depending on urgency this could take up to 2 working days. We may message you, arrange tests, or book an appointment if needed.

Step 3

Get the right help

Many issues are resolved without a visit. If needed, we’ll match you to the most appropriate clinician or service.

Online requests are for non-urgent problems. See urgent care below.
