We understand the importance of timely access to healthcare, and we appreciate your patience during this challenging time. Due to a recent surge in demand for our services and temporary staffing shortages, we are currently experiencing a limited availability of appointments.
We recognise this situation is not ideal, and we want to assure you that we are actively working on solutions to increase our capacity and make appointments more readily available. These efforts include a continuing recruitment programme, internal changes to increase availability and the hiring of new GP's, however implementing these solutions takes time.
In the meantime, to ensure we can provide the best possible care to those who need it most, we kindly ask that you only schedule an appointment if you have a truly urgent need.
