For safety reasons we are not allowed to accept repeat prescription requests over the phone. To ensure availablity of repeat prescriptions please make sure which ever method you use they are requested at least 7 days before they are due. You can obtain a repeat prescription by the following methods:
- Via your online patient access account by clicking here ---> Patient Access
- or by using the NHS app by clicking here ---> NHS App
- Via one of the online service providers: A full list of providors can be found HERE. The most popular are: Patient Access and Evergreen.
- Completing the slip that came with your last prescription and handing it in to the surgery. Please order repeat prescriptions 7 days before they are due to ensure they are available for collection when required.
- Completing a prescription request form at the surgery and placing in the repeat prescription box located in the waiting room.
- You can authorise a chemist to collect the prescription and they may even have your medication delivered to you.
